Medication
Participants will take either naproxen sodium (Aleve) or a placebo during their period for one year. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) will also be provided as a backup pain medication.
Compensation
Participants can receive up to $750 for completing the entire study. Participants will be compensated after each task they complete.

More Details
Individuals assigned female at birth, aged 18-35, who have regular menstrual cycles and painful periods are invited to take the eligibility screen.
